Appointments Demo

How scheduling would work at this fictional facility. Demo only — no real booking.

Demo only: this site cannot schedule, change, or cancel appointments. Phone numbers are 555 placeholders.

How scheduling works (demo flow)

  1. New patient? Enrollment and eligibility are confirmed first, then a Primary Care team is assigned.
  2. Call the scheduling line at (903) 555-0141 (demo) or your clinic directly. Specialty visits are scheduled after a referral.
  3. Get a reminder by text or mail a few days before (illustrative).
  4. Check in at the clinic desk or kiosk 15 minutes early.

Frequently asked questions

Can I book an appointment on this website?

No. This is a demo site for a fictional facility. No appointments can be booked, changed, or canceled here, and nothing you enter is sent anywhere.

How far ahead should I cancel?

On a real facility site this would usually be at least 24 hours. Here it is illustrative only.

Do I need a referral?

Primary Care, Mental Health, Women's Health, and Caregiver Support don't require one in this demo. Specialty Care, imaging, and Prosthetics & Rehab require a referral from your care team.

Can I have a video visit?

In this demo, Primary Care, Mental Health, and many follow-ups are described as available by telehealth.

What if I'm running late?

Call the clinic (demo numbers). Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling.
