Ways to get your medications
Mail delivery
Most refills arrive by mail in 7–10 days. Request at least 10 days before you run out.
Pharmacy window
Building A lobby, Mon–Fri 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. For new prescriptions and urgent needs.
Pickup locker
Neches Crossing Community Clinic, Mon–Fri 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. Eligible prescriptions only.
How to request a refill (demo flow)
- Find the prescription number on your label.
- Call the automated refill line and follow the prompts.
- Choose mail, window, or locker pickup.
Medication safety
- Keep an up-to-date medication list and bring it to every visit.
- Ask a pharmacist (role) about interactions with over-the-counter products.
- Dispose of unused medications in the take-back kiosk in the Building A lobby.
